1. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed after confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
2. Delivery Days
Deliveries are made from Saturday to Thursday only.
No deliveries are made on Fridays or official national holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed starting from the next official working day.
3. Delivery Delays
While we always strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Delivery Failures & Incorrect Information
Please ensure that your delivery address, city, and phone number are accurate when placing your order.
If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple contact attempts, the order may be returned to us. Any rescheduled delivery will be subject to an additional shipping fee, which must be covered by the customer.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
